        Xanthan Gum - a food additive, a natural polysaccharide, is used as an emulsifier, gelling agent, thickener and stabilizer in food industry.

        Xanthan gum is often found in salads and sauces. Although essentially the additive is not an emulsifier, it helps preserve the homogeneity of the consistency of the product.
